Delhi, India: Diamond Beverages (DBPL), a leading Coca-Cola bottler in India, has successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and the OnActuate Bottling Solution in collaboration with OnActuate, a global expert in digital transformations.

Zero downtime and rapid sales invoice creation
Prior to this implementation, DBPL had been running multiple legacy ERP systems. By transitioning to Dynamics 365, DBPL was able to unite these systems under one platform, utilizing data and insights to make informed decisions and streamline business processes.
DBPL partnered with OnActuate due to their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics implementations, process-centric approach to the project, and knowledge of bottling operations.
DBPL went live on D365 F&O across all legal entities and 31 virtual warehouses in March 2024 with minimal business downtime and zero impact on daily sales. The new system manages over 70,000 customers and 30,000 items. DBPL is now able to process approximately 150,000 sales invoice lines for route sales daily and has achieved rapid creation of multi-line sale invoices within approximately 7 seconds.
